The first 100 percent recyclable beverage packages made with plants were made readily available on April 4, 2011 to people across the U.S. To recognize the little things people do to live more sustainably, a DASANI Blue Crew attended two big events in Atlanta on April 16 and April 17 and thanked residents for partaking in eco-friendly activities. UGA Athletics website goes down

ATLANTA -- Thursday morning, Georgia Bulldog fans wanting to buy season tickets, or get more information from the UGA Athletics Department were greeted by an empty website.

GeorgiaDogs.com -- the official Athletics Department website -- was down and replaced with a generic message offering to sell the domain by internet registration service Network Solutions.

Management of the site is contracted to IMG and CBSSports.com College Network, which runs official collegiate athletic department websites for about 175 schools across the nation.

Survey: Hiring looks better for new grads

ATLANTA -- (Atlanta Business Chronicle) Employers will hire more new graduates this year than in previous years, but young employees may need to adjust expectations, reports Georgia Public Broadcasting. A survey conducted by the National Association of Colleges and Employers says that across the nation companies expect to hire 13 percent more new college graduates this year.
